but i only manage to stay to see the entrees.

another trip to Great Ocean Road, weather was perfect, sunny day but a little windy. its refreshing to get out of the city.


Vietnamese food are delicious, if its already tasty here in Australia, i wonder how does it taste in Vietnam. clear broth, refreshing vegetables, beef slices are still my favourite.


during one of my friends presentation, teacher answered his phone, it felt really awkward but we just giggled and take pictures of him talking on the phone, weren't angry about it because his really kind to us.


this week was stock sauces and soup week.











this is my class. consist of all asian students. i dont know the reason for that but im fine with it. we had a little brithday celebration after the class, had a birthday cake and some Coke and ice-cream to go around. im very happy with my class, my friends and Mr.Damen our chef.

so here i am in my aunt's house and this is where im going to practice cooking. went through the ingredients and made a list of items.

Worcester sauce, maggie seasoning, sesame oil, sweet soya sauce, soya sauce x2, ABC, sushi seasoning, angostura, rice vinegar x2, chili oil, 멸치액젓ㅍ, olive oil, crispy prawn chili, fresh ground chili paste, ground tumeric, cajun season, mild curry powder x2, parsley, basil x2, paprika, hoisin sauce x2, rosemary, mixed herbs, chicken salt, nutmeg, oregano, cumin seed, thyme, 五香粉, balsamic vinegar x2, maggie chili sauce, bbq marinade sauce, vegetarian black bean, char siew sauce, mango chutney, tomato puree, tomato juice, dolmio pasta sauce, sweetened venigar x2, wasabi power.

in another drawer we have pork luncheon meat, chili tuna, cream of mushroom, potato pumpkin soup, chicken vege paste, 菜心, 香菇肉酱 x2, fried mackerels x3, fried dace x3, sardines, butter pumpkin soup, chicken and corn soup. upper drawer i could find some cocoa powder x3, hazelnut essence, condense milk x2, ground hazel meal, dark chocolate, vanilla essence, coffee emulco.

thats a good list of ingredients for me to start playing with.
